Business Technology Support and IT Services. I provide three levels of Services; Pro, Standard, and Basic. I offer Managed Services contracts for Antivirus, Backups, and General Support. These are divided into three levels, Silver, Gold, and Platinum. You must be a member of my site in order to receive discounted services. All services are remote unless you have specific onsite service contracts.

Computer Support Services
JBeyeIT currently offers a range of IT support plans graded as Basic, Standard and Pro depending on the needs of your company. The advantages of the support plans we offer include: - Clients on support contracts take precedence over PAYG clients - Companies are able to budget for their IT costs - Onsite support, is guaranteed if issue cannot be fixed remotely - A Service Level Agreement (SLA) agreed by both parties The Service Level Agreement is a document that is discussed prior to a service plan contract being signed. It is reviewed on a regular basis to include changes to the IT configuration and services within your office. Over the course of twenty years I have acquired a wealth of knowledge and experience managing and supervising technical teams focused on implementation of Security Policies, hardware, software, and networking required for Windows and Cisco based LANs. Presently, I support a variety of Windows/Linux Networks with users ranging from 10 to 75,000.
